Competition Rules

The tournament is open to all female golfers with a valid handicap index.

Participants must register before the deadline to be considered eligible.

All entrants must be members of a recognised golf club affiliated with the Nigeria Golf Federation.

Age categories: Amateur (under 25), Open (25–49), and Senior (50+).

The competition is played over 36 holes (18 holes per day) using Stroke Play.

The Stableford scoring system is used for the Amateur category.

Gross and Net categories will be awarded separately.

In the event of a tie, a sudden-death playoff will determine the winner.

All equipment must comply with the Rules of Golf as published by the R&A and USGA.

Smart golf attire is compulsory — jeans, shorts above the knee, and sleeveless shirts are not permitted.

Soft spikes are mandatory on the course.

Caddies are provided by the club; personal caddies are not permitted.

All players are expected to maintain the highest standards of golf etiquette.

Mobile phones must be switched to silent mode during play.

Any breach of the Rules of Golf will result in the applicable penalty as prescribed.

Slow play warnings will be issued; failure to comply may result in disqualification.

Prizes will be awarded for Gross Champion, Net Champion, and Runner-Up in each category.

A special award will be given for the longest drive and nearest-to-the-pin competitions.

All prizes must be collected on the day of the prize-giving ceremony.

Monetary prizes, where applicable, are subject to applicable taxes.
